VIRTUAL DAY — no class. Text the card image to every student Thursday night and again at 6:30 AM Friday. This is the third virtual Friday of the semester and it deliberately adds no new goal: it goes back to Monday's Lesson 107, where they wrote a scripture study goal and were told to keep it where they would see it every morning. The poem-image IS that goal, made visible. TWO THINGS TO SAY OUT LOUD when you send it: (1) they write the lines first and ChatGPT only sharpens them — a poem the model wrote start to finish misses the point, and they will know the difference even if you cannot always tell; (2) image models misspell words, so expect some cards to come back with a wrong word. A student who noticed it and made it try again has done the assignment; do not penalize a stubborn misspelling. What comes back is one image plus one sentence, and that is Friday's attendance and journal entry. Next class is TUESDAY 2026-09-08 — Monday is Labor Day — so this sits across five days. Open Lesson 109 (Introduction to Proverbs) by showing three or four of the images, reading the poems aloud, and asking who actually set theirs as a lock screen. Same hook Lessons 103 and 209 used.

Then write where you put the image so you will see it every morning, and which of the three pictures in Psalm 119 you most want scripture study to become for you: a lamp, honey, or something hidden in your heart.
